Mirinda "Rinny" Carfrae will compete in a European Ironman for the first time in her career this summer.

Three-time Ironman world champion Mirinda “Rinny” Carfrae will compete in a European Ironman for the first time in her career this summer. Carfrae announced her 2016 schedule last week and it includes Ironman Austria—set to take place on June 26 in Klagenfurt, Austria. Carfrae’s ultimate goal is to return to the start line of the Ironman World Championship after a disappointing DNF in 2015. As a recent Kona winner, Carfrae will simply need to cross the finish line at a full Ironman but she makes it clear she will be going after a strong performance in Klagenfurt.

“I am so excited to get started,” Carfrae said in the press release. “I know how ready I was last October and I really missed being part of such a dynamic and deep field in the women’s race. I love to race and I know I can do even more on that course. My 2016 season is scheduled around putting together two really strong Ironman races and the training blocks necessary to race to my full potential.”

The strategy is similar to the one she put together in the 2014 season when she won Challenge Roth in July and then won the Ironman World Championship in October.

Carfrae kicked off her season over the weekend with a third-place finish at Ironman 70.3 Monterrey. See the rest of her planned 2016 season below:

April 24 – St. Anthony’s Triathlon (St. Petersburg, Florida)
May 7 – Ironman 70.3 St. George (St. George, Utah)
May 22 – Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga (Chattanooga, Tennessee)
June 26 – Ironman Austria (Klagenfurt, Austria)
July 17 –  Ironman 70.3 Racine (Racine, Wisconsin)
October 8 – Ironman World Championship (Kailua-Kona, Hawaii)
