Have you been keeping up on your New Year’s Resolutions? Over the next week we’re giving away four of our favorite books from VeloPress to help you stay motivated for the upcoming year.

We’re kicking off the giveaways with Matt Fitzgerald’s “Racing Weight, 2nd Ed.” The proven weight-management program is designed specifically for endurance athletes.

To win today’s giveaway, we’re looking for your number one tip for eating healthy with a hectic schedule.

Post it in the comments below and we’ll pick our two favorites to win the books. Entries must be posted by Friday, Jan. 18 at Noon PST. The winners will be announced on this page by 5 p.m. PST the same day. It is important that you check back to this post to see if you are a winner. We will not be emailing the winners.

Update: Congratulations to Katherine Fischer and Greg Karas. They are the winners of our first giveaway. Please email your address lhichens@competitorgroup.com so we can get you your books!

Get your wife/husband/partner to eat what you eat. Always easier to stick with a plan when you both eat the same. The easiest healthy meal to eat is the one some else makes for you.

I take an hour on Sundays to pack up snacks for the entire week for my husband AND me – that way all we have to do when we are in a hurry is grab a couple of snacks to take to work or to workouts and on the road – then we aren’t forced to eat processed foods! I also make sure that I pack up leftovers into portions that we can grab in the morning for lunch on the way to work.
