The September/October issue of Inside Triathlon gives you an exclusive peek inside the world of Ironman pro Linsey Corbin, who had to work herself almost to death before she’d take a chance on the training philosophy that led her to her first Ironman win. The article is woven around the photography of John Segesta, who captures Corbin and her husband at play in Missoula, Mont.

cover_final.inddThe September/October issue of Inside Triathlon also takes a look at the personal and financial sacrifices pros make as they attempt to break into the business, the ghosts that haunt ultra-endurance athletes, and it features a photo gallery of the Hy-Vee ITU Elite Cup.

At the front of the magazine, check out the musings of Inside Triathlon’s new Conviction columnist, Courtenay Brown, who investigates the water-and air-quality issues behind big city racing. And take a look at Inside Triathon’s race report on the world’s fastest triathlon, interviews with Craig Alexander and Tony DeBoom, shout outs to several age-groupers, and more.

The issue hits newsstands today.
