About Andy Potts
American Andy Potts is one of the most versatile triathletes in the world, having been an Olympian, an Ironman 70.3 world champion and recently finished fourth at the 2014 Ironman World Championship. As one of triathlon’s strongest swimmers and a six-time Alcatraz champion, he has advice for braving the infamous San Francisco Bay waters, mental tips for taking on the challenging course and how to find longevity in triathlon.
About Mirinda Carfrae
Australia’s Mirinda “Rinny” Carfrae is one of the best long-course triathletes in the history of the sport. The defending Kona champion has won the iconic Ironman World Championship event three times (2010, 2013, 2014), and is the current course record holder (8:52:14 in 2013) and marathon course record holder (2:50:26 in 2014). She is one of only four women to win the Kona crown three times.
