Her race takes less than 25 seconds to complete, but for Olympian Dara Torres a typical training day is at least six hours. The 50-meter freestyle swimming star balances that hectic schedule with being a mom to five-year-old Tessa and the recovery regimens that come with being a 44-year-old elite athlete.
