You Need

green smoothie

1 cup cantaloupe, cut into chunks • 5 mint leaves • 2 handfuls of baby spinach • 1/2 cucumber, cut into chunks • 1/4 cup fresh apple juice • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Cantaloupe is a great source of potassium and B vitamins.

B = Brain boosting

Place all the ingredients in a blender with 1 cup water and blend until smooth.
