What do I wear?
As a rule, dress for weather 20 degrees warmer than the actual air temperature to anticipate your body’s temperature once you start running. You may be chilly to start, but you’ll be thankful you’re not sweating uncontrollably once you hit your stride.
Base layer: Wicking and warmth with a snug fit.
Mid-layer: Extra warmth and temperature control, ideally with a zipper.
Outer layer: Weather protection and reflective qualities for safety
